Refund & Return Policy

At KC5.in, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We sell high-quality refurbished devices, and we stand by the quality of our products. However, if you’re not fully satisfied, this policy explains how returns and refunds are handled.

1. Eligibility for Return

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be in the same condition as received, with original packaging, accessories, and invoice.
Returns are only accepted in the case of:
- Defective or damaged device
- Wrong product delivered
- Device not working as described

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repairs
Minor scratches or signs of wear (as devices are refurbished)
Products returned without all accessories or invoice

3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return:

Email us at support@kc5.in within 7 days of delivery
Include your Order ID, reason for return, and any relevant photos/videos
Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 working days to your original payment method.
In case of COD orders, refund will be initiated to your bank account or UPI ID (you’ll be asked to provide these details).

5. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong/defective product), we will bear the shipping cost.
In other cases, the customer will need to bear the return shipping charges.

6. Exchange Policy

Currently, we do not offer product exchanges. You may return the product for a refund and place a new order separately.
